What is Tadalafil?

Tadalafil is the active ingredient in medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men, and in some cases the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (an enlarged prostate). It belongs to a class of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is the generic equivalent of the originally branded medicine Cialis.
