Yes. Kam4eu offers a free doctor consultation on WhatsApp, at no extra cost. We deliver to all 27 EU member states plus the 3 EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) — 30 countries in total.

Standard delivery is 3–5 working days and costs €20 — free on orders over €110. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is €25. Orders are dispatched within one working day of payment clearing, in plain, unbranded packaging.

You can pay by SEPA bank transfer or PayPal. Orders are priced and settled in EUR; bank transfers go by SEPA to our EUR account.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside that indicates the contents.

For safety and public-health reasons, medicines cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once dispatched (in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(d)). If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or doesn't arrive, contact info@kam4eu.com within 14 days and we'll put it right.
