Shipping & delivery

We ship to all 27 EU + EEA member states, with VAT and import duties handled at checkout via our IOSS registration — so you never face surprise bills on arrival.

Delivery options

  • Standard delivery — 3–5 working days. €3.50 — FREE on orders over €110. Ships to all 27 EU + EEA destinations.
  • Express delivery — 1–2 working days. €25 flat. Same EU + EEA coverage.

Dispatch & tracking

Orders are dispatched within one working day of payment clearing from our European fulfilment hub. As soon as your parcel leaves us you'll get a tracking email — most carriers update within 24 hours.

Customs, VAT & duties

Prices shown at checkout already include VAT for the destination country. For deliveries within the EU we use the IOSS (Import One-Stop-Shop) scheme — that means duties are collected at the till, not at your door. You will not receive an additional customs bill.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The sender line reads only “MB Fulfilment” — there is nothing on the outside that indicates the contents.
