What we collect

• Order history and payment confirmations (we do not store card numbers)
• Account login credentials (passwords stored hashed)
• Aggregated analytics on how the website is used

Your rights under EU GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, port and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email privacy@kam4eu.com with any request. We respond within 30 days.

Lawful basis & retention

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (orders), legitimate interests (service improvement) and consent (marketing). Order records are kept for 6 years to comply with EU tax requirements. Marketing data is deleted on request.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. UK residents can contact the ICO (ico.org.uk); EU/EEA residents can find their local supervisory authority via the EDPB.
