Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of kam4eu.com and any purchase made from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

1. About us

kam4eu.com is operated by Kam4eu Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

2. Products and information

We sell over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and wellness products. All product information is provided in good faith and based on the manufacturer's labelling. It is not a substitute for medical advice — always read the product leaflet and speak to a pharmacist or GP if you are unsure.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Payment

Orders are paid by SEPA bank transfer using the details we email immediately after checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Returns & refunds

For reasons of safety and public health, medicines and other sealed medicinal products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been dispatched. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(d)), which excludes sealed goods that are not suitable for return on health or hygiene grounds from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@kam4eu.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will put it right — by replacement or refund — at no cost to you. Before dispatch, you may cancel an unpaid order at any time simply by not completing the bank transfer.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. EU consumers also retain protections under their local consumer law and may bring proceedings in their place of residence.
