PayPal for Pharmacy Orders Explained: How It Works at Kam4eu

Why people choose PayPal
PayPal is one of the most familiar ways to pay online. You can fund a payment from your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card, without typing your card number into the merchant's site each time. For many people it feels straightforward because they already have an account and trust the login.
At Kam4eu, PayPal sits alongside SEPA/bank transfer and crypto (Bitcoin and USDT TRC-20). Orders are settled in EUR, so a PayPal payment is taken in euros and your provider converts from your home currency if needed.
How PayPal works at checkout
We use a PayPal.me link to keep the process simple. When you choose PayPal at checkout:
- Place your order — you can shop all products first — and select PayPal.
- We give you a PayPal.me link with the order amount already filled in, in EUR.
- You open the link, sign in to PayPal, and confirm the payment.
- In the PayPal note field, add your order reference (for example MB-A1B2C3).
That last step matters. A PayPal.me link has no structured reference field of its own, much like a crypto payment, so the note you add is how we connect your payment to your order. Without it, matching takes longer and your dispatch is delayed.
After you pay
Once the payment clears, we dispatch within one working day. From there, standard delivery is 3–5 working days (free over €110) and express is 1–2 days. You will receive an order confirmation by email; keep it until your parcel arrives.
Because the amount is pre-filled in the link, double-check it matches your order total before confirming. If you adjusted your basket after the link was generated, generate a fresh one or contact us so the amount lines up.
Currency and fees
Kam4eu orders are priced in EUR (or GBP for UK accounts at checkout), but the PayPal payment itself is taken in euros. If your PayPal account or funding source uses another currency, PayPal applies its own conversion at the time of payment. That is set by PayPal, not by us, so check the figure PayPal shows you before confirming.
Tips for a smooth PayPal payment
- Add your order reference to the note every time
- Confirm the pre-filled amount matches your total
- Pay from an account you control, not a shared one, so the confirmation reaches you
- Keep the PayPal receipt alongside your Kam4eu order email
When another method might suit you better
PayPal is convenient, but it is not the only option. If you prefer lower conversion costs you might use a SEPA transfer in euros; if you value everyday privacy you might choose crypto. All three are available — read more on our FAQ, and see who we are on the about Kam4eu page. Whichever you choose, the principle is the same: pay the right amount and include your reference.
General information only — not medical advice. Always read the patient information leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting any medication.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?+
You sign in to PayPal to confirm the payment, so an account makes the process simplest. PayPal sometimes allows guest card payments, but this depends on your region and PayPal's own settings.
Why do I have to add my order reference in the note?+
A PayPal.me link has no built-in reference field, so the note you add is how we match your payment to your order. Leaving it out delays dispatch while we identify the payment.
What currency is my PayPal payment taken in?+
Kam4eu orders settle in EUR, so the PayPal payment is taken in euros. If your funding source is in another currency, PayPal applies its own conversion rate at the time of payment.
How soon is my order sent after I pay with PayPal?+
We dispatch within one working day of the payment clearing. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days and express takes 1–2 days.
