What "discreet packaging" means

Discreet packaging means your parcel gives nothing away about what is inside or where it came from. At Kam4eu every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging — no pharmacy name, no product imagery, and no description of the contents printed on the outside. To anyone who sees it in the post, it looks like an ordinary parcel.

For many people this matters most with sexual-health products, but the same plain packaging applies to everything we send, from the erectile-dysfunction range to the antibiotics range.

What is on the outside of the parcel

Shipping rules require certain information on any parcel, so the outside will carry:

• Your delivery name and address
• A sender or return address, which is a neutral business detail rather than a pharmacy brand
• A tracking barcode or label, where tracking applies
• Any customs documentation the carrier requires for cross-border shipping

What it will not carry is the product name, our logo, or anything describing the contents. The aim is a parcel that looks unremarkable on a doorstep or in a postbox.

Where we deliver

Kam4eu ships across a wide European footprint: the United Kingdom, all 27 EU member states, and three EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). You can browse everything via shop all and the checkout will confirm whether we deliver to your address.

Delivery speed

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days, and free on orders over €110
• Express delivery: 1–2 working days
• Dispatch: within one working day of your payment clearing

The clock on delivery starts once your payment has cleared and the parcel is dispatched, so the payment method you choose can affect how quickly things begin. An instant transfer, PayPal or crypto often clears faster than a standard bank transfer.

VAT and cross-border orders

For EU destinations we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, which means VAT is calculated and handled at checkout. The practical benefit is that you are not chased for a separate VAT charge when the parcel arrives — the price you agree at checkout is the price you pay. Keeping deliveries private

A few simple choices help keep things discreet at your end too:

• Use a delivery address where you can receive parcels reliably during the day
• Consider a workplace or collection point if home delivery is awkward
• Track your parcel so you know when to expect it, rather than leaving it on a doorstep

What to do if there is a problem
