What is Super Kamagra?

Super Kamagra is a combination product that contains two active ingredients in a single tablet: Sildenafil and Dapoxetine. Each addresses a different concern. Sildenafil is a well-known treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED), while Dapoxetine is used for premature ejaculation (PE). The aim of combining them is to tackle both issues at once for men who experience them together.

It is essentially a two-in-one approach rather than a new type of medicine. If you are already familiar with standard Kamagra, which contains Sildenafil alone, the difference is the added Dapoxetine component.

Who is it for?

Super Kamagra is intended for adult men who have both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The two conditions often overlap, and managing only one can leave the other unresolved.

It is not designed for men who have only one of the two concerns. Someone with ED but normal ejaculatory control, for example, may not need the Dapoxetine element. Likewise, it is not suitable for women, for anyone under 18, or for people with certain heart conditions or those taking nitrate medicines. Because suitability depends on your health and any other medicines you take, a conversation with a doctor or pharmacist before use is essential.

How the two ingredients work

The two components act in different ways:

  • Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor. It helps the blood vessels in the penis relax so more blood can flow in during arousal, supporting an erection. It works with sexual stimulation rather than replacing it.
  • Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI taken on demand. By influencing serotonin activity, it can help delay ejaculation and improve the sense of control.

Because the two ingredients have different onset times and durations, the combined effect is not simply additive in timing. The patient leaflet sets out how and when to take it, and a clinician can explain what to expect for your situation.

Things to be aware of

As with any medicine, there are points to keep in mind:

  • Possible side effects can include headache, dizziness, flushing, nausea or a blocked nose.
  • Alcohol can increase the chance of dizziness and lower blood pressure.
  • It can interact with other medicines, particularly other SSRIs, nitrates and some blood pressure treatments.
  • It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

These are reasons why the medicine is not suitable for self-prescribing without advice. Reading the patient information leaflet in full and checking with a doctor or pharmacist helps you use it safely.

How it compares to other options

If you only have erectile difficulties, a single-ingredient option may be more appropriate. Our Sildenafil dosage guide covers how Sildenafil on its own is used, and the wider erectile dysfunction range shows the common alternatives, including longer-acting options.

The right choice depends on whether your concern is ED, PE or both, alongside your overall health. That is best decided with professional advice rather than guesswork, so a quick check with a doctor or pharmacist is the sensible first step.

General information only — not medical advice. Always read the patient information leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting any medication.
